I became a coach after a 15-year corporate career focused on change management, internal communications, and employee engagement. In this work, I partnered with leaders to navigate intense people challenges, including low engagement, high attrition, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, reductions-in-force, and changes in operating models and organizational designs. I currently work with leaders to find and more fully live their purpose at home, at work and in their communities. As a certified professional coach, I have worked with leaders at a variety of organizations, including Amazon, Baxter Healthcare, Blue Apron, Kraft Heinz, Mars, Incorporated, McDonald’s and others.
