I assist clients with matters related to business law, real estate law, employment law, and intellectual property law (to name a few). I work with inventors, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all scopes and sizes, including limited liability companies, corporations, family businesses, privately held businesses, nonprofits, and cooperatives to assess their legal needs and help achieve their goals. I am licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Although I am originally from Madison, Wisconsin, I spent a significant amount of time living in the Twin Cities in Minnesota and am familiar with its legal community. When I am not practicing law, I am an active member of the community and love giving back and volunteering my time. I also love being outside, boating, reading, traveling, and watching and playing sports.I enjoy playing basketball, golf, soccer, and volleyball and coaching youth basketball.
