As a business, tax and estate planning attorney, she assists clients with a variety of matters, including business succession planning, business entity formation, contracts, negotiations, business sales/acquisitions, federal/state tax issues, and development of executive compensation plans. As a supporter of the women's entrepreneurial ecosystem, she mentors business owners, teaches business and legal courses, and volunteers for community organizations that advocate for, and provide resources to, women. She also devotes significant time to serving on a number of professional and community boards.
