Equity Crowdfunding has recently become an interesting, and legal, option for entrepreneurs looking to bring on outside investment.
During this Q&A session with the co-founders of NovoMoto, Mehrdad Arjmand and Aaron Olson, we'll learn about why they chose equity crowdfunding, how it fits into their overall fundraising strategy, and get insight into the mechanics of the process.
