Karisa Johnson served three top national nonprofits in Washington, DC, researching and building strategic plans that engage the public while growing the organization. As a former congressional chief of staff and winning campaign manager, she is accustomed to serving as a “right-hand” advisor to executives and elected officials with budgets ranging from miniscule to millions. Karisa founded Social Impact Blueprints, LLC to help social entrepreneurs and visionary nonprofit leaders maximize their time and their impact.

She takes a special interest in initiatives that make life better for women and girls, support creative placemaking and arts entrepreneurship, and increase access to healthy, local foods.
